The Washington DC/Suburban Maryland Alumnae Chapter falls in District IV for the International Theta organization. There are thirteen active chapters in District IV.

Membership in DCThetas is on an annual basis, matching the school year.  Feel free to join us for one event, meeting one other Theta for a "coke date" or attend all the functions as time allows.  Worst case scenario, keep in touch vicariously via the Theta Yahoo news.  You may also contribute through contributions forms printed in the magazine.  Regardless of whether you officially join our Alumnae Chapter, we highly encourage you to join the Maryland/DC Thetas Yahoo Group.

We live in an area with a highly mobile workforce.  At any given time we have openings for volunteer workers. We hope you will volunteer to help with alum activities, we really try to match interests and skills with needs.

At Grand Convention 2010 and Grand Convention 2008, we were the proud recipients of the Twin Stars award, the second highest award for alumnae chapters.
